Newbie on KX-Riders
« on: January 02, 2011, 09:50:24 AM »
I have owned a KX500 for a couple of years, i have been reading this site the last years and learned alot.

Bought it in 2008

This how it looks today.

I also own a KX250 2002 , and i?m thinking about putting a KX500 motor in it. But there arent many KX500 bikes here in Iceland so i?m still just dreaming.....

best regards , David

 Welcome Dave,
You have got one clean work space! I'm jealous!   The 500 looks great,  as far as converting your 250 to 500,
there are several "steelie" conversions on the site you may get some Ideas from.
How many Bikes in Iceland.Hmmm...Well, That is a tough one...
There is a member here (Sandblaster) who has a motorcycle salvage business.
Maybe he can help out on parts, (I know most places in the States don't ship overseas...)

Glad to have you with us Dave!
