i probably undersetimated the importance of proper warm up
everyone has their own procedure....I myself like to keep a very steady idle at about 2500 RPM's, then when I can't hold my hand on the side of the cylinder for more than 2-3 seconds, I know it's warmed up enough to head out my trail at an easy pace, which is about a 90 second ride until I get out into the powerlines....by that time, it's warmed up enough to start rolling the throttle back, all the way
