We are swamped..... It's both good and bad because I need the money but sometimes I can't give as much customer service as I am used to.
For instance I have several requests for measurements on "Custom" applications.
I can tell them what the parts will fit but I don't have the measurements handy.
My parts are all about an hour drive from each other there and back.
I am moving parts every day and trying to keep up with a bunch of shipping.
Plus, I am working to get the shop done.
Oh yeah, family time and me time......
So, for the mean time I have to apologize and tell them I can't do it.
It doesn't win you many friends when you say no, even though getting measurements for custom applications are a huge waste of time as they almost never buy.
What can you do?
