& I am worried about the cost of concrete for my garage floor? I know all of the hard work & time will be well worth it once you are moved in & have things rolling. You will be looking back wishing you would have done this a long time ago.

When I first envisioned this project I had no intention of putting any concrete down except for the office area.
The City had other idea's  :x
I wish I could have done it sooner but with the economy being what it has been for the last 3 years, the banks wouldn't loan any money no matter how good my credit and business model was.
I finally had a buddy who runs a bike shop tell me about his bank.
I went down there and a week later I had what I needed to finish it.
Of course you have to consider too that 9 years ago I didn't own a motorcycle  :-o
So it took me a while to figure out what I was doing..
Then again I'm still working on that  :-D

Funny thing is I worked there for 12 years.
I use to look out my office window at my property every day  :-D
Anyway, no they do not do cylinders.
They could but that is not as lucrative as plating hydraulic cylinders, industrial machinery, and door dies...

2-8-11
The contractor is taking the rest of the week off because we are waiting for the stamped plans from the engineer.
The city won't sign off until we have the plans.
So, hopefully on Monday we will get the stamped plans, get it inspected so we can do the finish work to the office.
The concrete has been stress cut so were pretty much at a stand still  :x

I know, I know.... Not much that I can do.
Actually the heating and AC unit is part of the problem.
Putting one in was an after the fact deal.
So, we had to have the plans re-engineered because we had to frame in the opening and put in a header.
The Engineer gave us the plans but they are not stamped, so here we sit,,, :x
Then again I have waited this long, I can be patient a little longer.... I hope...
