I would guess about 90-95% done.
The contractors estimated date of completion is two weeks.
But then I have to build counters and work benches.
No to mention hundreds of feet of rack systems.
Oh well, a little at a time...

Looking excellent. I'm even getting excited lol
It's hard to keep a drivers license riding a 2 stroke dirt bike on the street.  If you drive within the law they are VERY boring.

The electrical is complete.
The heating and AC unit is in.
Since we are only trying to heat or cool the office, it's a tiny 220 single phase Amana rinky dink whatever.... Sorry Kaw Rider

Lights are all on.
Tomorrow the bathroom gets painted and we will be working on installing all the fixtures...

Probably because I spent every dime I had and that was all I could afford..
The nice thing is, it can be replaced with something insane once I have money again to take my comfort into consideration

I was right!
It is better than space heaters...
Now we'll see how long it will last  :-D

We received the final on the Electrical.
The plumbing is being inspected tomorrow.
The painting is done... I think.
I ordered the signs required by the Fire Marshall.
They should be done early next week.
