Right the bottom end went together great , i had 3 old engines lying about so i picked at the good bits from the bunch.
All i need now is a water pump seal and a clutch arm seal.
The barrel is back from PJ Motor Engineers donning a new Nicasil coating not chepat ?146 but im not spending on new Prox piston in a slightly worn bore.
Ive used the sander on the side cover and then painted it black i think it goes ?
Now as you see ive posted eairler on asking wear the kipps valves sit when the rod is fully shut well

When this is right its ju matter of new head studs and blt te barrel on this will be prt 7
