Matt Crown Racing out of Michigan.  He used to work for "Pro Shock" ,then when the company fizzed out in the early-mid 90's he bought their equipment and went off on his own.
America is all about speed. Hot, nasty, bad-ass speed.

Bitchin bike.    My 06 AF won't be done for a bit but I do have some progress pics to post today.

Matt Crowns dad built my parents house in the 60's.    Matt went to high school with my cousin Tim and lived a few houses from my Grandparents.    I remember when he raced a steel tank 1979 KX80.   Cousin got one too.     Matt would be so far ahead at Baja Acres racing he would shut it off and talk to the corner workers.      In the later 80's remember he was racing Yamahas.  YZ250s.
A buddy of mine who still lives near Crown has a boring bar and associated engine stuff in his garage and did cylinders and engines for Crowns customers in the later 90's.    I had heard he was into doing suspensions.    Fast forward to the last few years.   Saw him on TV at the X-games the year Travis had the spin fork bike.   Next time I saw Travis and spoke to him, asked how he met Matt.  Said through Cernics since Matt was doing suspension work for them.       My mom saw him last summer at a cousins graduation, his kid is racing now.   Ironically said he was just out in Henderson Nevada and my mom said d**n thats where I live.    Small world.
