Spark Arrestor
« on: January 07, 2010, 04:50:51 AM »
Is the Pro-Circuit the only one available?  I haven't had any luck finding other ones.

I have the FMF Power Core, is there an insert made for that by chance?

  TIA-

FMF offers the TurbineCore.

I personally like the PC 296's, they are very well built.

Unfortunately FMF doesn't offer the Q Stealth for the KX500.

Honestly, just one with a spark arrestor.  I started enough fires as a kid, and we get checked 50% of the time by the Forrest Service at most trailheads.  I have the FMF which is fine for the track.

How much you let a good shape stocker go for?

  Thank you much...

Keep in mind.  With a stocker you will still need to install a spark arrestor (sparky)

Crap.  Stupid me thought the stock had one.  F' it, I'm going to just order the PC one w/a sparky.

  Thank you all....

Wow, I thought mine stuck out far.  I appreciate the offer, give me a few days to decide if I'm going to just order a new one.

  Thank you.

You would be better off getting a shorter new one, if you can find one.
