We ride between 3500'-5500' I have a 2000 my Buddy has a '99.
This may appear lean, however there is alot of slow-going up here.
158 main 52 pilot 3rd clip and airscrew 11/2 40:1
(air screw and clip position depend on weather/season/temps)
Singletrack, fire road's, very little WOT, some pretty good hillclimbs.
I run one heat range hotter plug than Mike, as he rides much harder than me.
There are a bazillion opinions on jetting, save yourself a few bucks and get one jet down and and two up from the chart and see how she runs.
As long as you don't have too hot (modified) of an engine you should be in good shape.
The leaner jet if you get out in some hot or higher elevation, and the two larger jets for
cooler temps/or coast/lower elevations, etc.
But Like I said... that's just another of the Bazillion Opinions
