No. If there is water in the oil, replace the waterpump seals. It's a 15$ fix unless there are issues (holes?) with the lower end. There is a very large difference between the cases/gears/crankshaft.

thank you i am not sure if it is water in the bottom end or not i change the bottom end oil frequently and it always comes out like a dark grey color so i thought it may be getting water in the oil i figured it may be the water pump seals but if they were bad wouldn't i also get oil in the antifreeze?? also the bike seems to be noisy when running but from my experiance and anyone else i know who has ever had or riden a kx this seems to be normal. Bike runs real strong my brother has a ktm 440 2 stroke and he says that my bike seems alot more powerful although his blows mine clear away once he gets it wound up. all and all i am very impressed with the power and reliability of the kx 250 it should say " bike will always satisfy" somewhere on it cause it is a blast and has yet to disappoint!

Meangene,
As a rule of thumb, dark grey is aluminum clutch plate particles (normal) and white-milky is water leakage from the waterpump seal (not normal). Hope this helps. Cam.

I have a rotor for an 03. (4-bolt) Moose brand OEM replacement (stock appearance), What year of 250 do you have? It won't work on my 96, I'd be happy to make you a sweet deal on it.
