Looks GREAT Menno!!

Wow that millet is enormous, sould make so more HP!!!!

Think it's alot better of on the Sumo than on Mx. If you take
so realy deep DUTCH roots, your exhaust wil hit the ground to much.
Found one almost new Millet for a honda, ?500 or not says the guy.
It looks like your making Hollands Kx500 museum :-D :-D

Great work man!!

it does !! i noticed beeing pulled around like i was 120 lbs or so  :-o

you got the mx part right !
there is no way a 21" mx will fit together with the millet
so it must be sm .

and 500 or not says it all..these pipes were 650 back in the days.
and im having enough build lately ,will ride now  :-P

s?ome years ago whan I was at Yadoul. They had a custom lowboy pipe
wich was almost as fat as millet. Sould be good for 7hp more.

Have don some biddings on a set of mx wheels and carter set with 2 exhausts.
If it's not to much I'll buy those and than it's building and riding only for me!!!
That's where they maked the bike for.

IF you want it to steer in to turn quickly/sharper at a supermototrac you must tilt bike very much "forward". 8-)
I raise forks 3cm in trippleclamp and stiffen up shock to be set at 15mm unloaded and 85mm racesag.
This change offset,steeringangle and trail from a MX-setup to a okey SM-setup.
You should have a very slow return for your shock to get very stabil when braking and accelration.
More compression for shock too.You don?t want bike to powerwheelie to much.
And you should have backwheel as closet to engine as possible for shorter overall length.
This don?t make bike unstable at straight, only sharper turningability.

My whishlist now for frame is:
1.Changed trippleclamp offset from 20* to 18*maybe 16*
2.Shorted swingarm,about 3cm.(overall length adjusteble between 140-145cm)

Now have I tell you some KX500 supermotosecrets, don?t spread it to much! :-D
