Hotwell Dunes.  If you're ever around the Safford area, lmk.  There're several areas that are decent to ride around here. :-D

I have been looking at going to Hot Well dunes myself. It looks like there is a wide variety of riding from trails to dunes! :-D

It's no Glamis, but fun.  If you head south from the camping area it's usually virgin and there's a particular hill that you can soar off of.  It feels like minutes in the air, but you're not really high off the ground...  Cool jump!

There are a few short but fun trails around town also called Freeman Flats or the Bud's Wash area.  I really find it fun to go from Clay Nose to Freeman, then to Blue Ponds, then back, riding certain areas at each different destination and everywhere inbetween.  This is usually a 3-8 hour trip.

The dunes are 30+/- miles out of town, but when other people go, I'm all  over it.

We also have an unfinished track way to the north of town.  That's where the pics in my coppermine profile came from, I think.

Not the best riding, but it's decent.   :-D
