hey Gdog, i did some seats myself over the years.
best way for me was to begin at the sides of the seat.
working my way to the rear and front,and when you arrived there.
you can pull the cover around ,while the gun spits out staples
this is very important @ the front end cause that area is bend
by pulling hard you flatten it out a little .
and after stapling the seat comes back to its normal shape ,
and the cover sits right over the seat with no foldings or rimples .
good luck !! it generally costs me 3 hours to do this job ,
and let me tell you it ain,t fun for your fingers.
