Are you sure because on the newer stuff they are different. You can't even interchange the engines between the two.

The frames are NOT Identical, they have a different part number. Typically the 125 frame downtubes are pulled back more than a 250. The motors won't bolt right in either.
the frames are identical.

Where did you get this information? is it what you think or what?

I looked more into it kawasakis website is somewhat misleading....ALL there 125/250 frames say 32160A and I know that isnt right because when I swapped in my 05 engine in my 03 frame it sure as heck didnt fit...

I don't know about the 1993, but on the newer bikes made in the last 10 years the frames are not the same.  The number "32160A" is not the complete part number.  If you look further down the parts diagram page on kawasaki.com there will be an additional four digits that is specific to a particular bike.

Some areas of the frames are the same and some areas of them are different.  The lower part of the frame and the cradle are different.  The upper part of the frame and sub-frame are the same.  With the exception of the engine, nearly all of the other parts on a 125 and 250 of a particular year/style (99-02, 03-?, etc) are the same and will bolt on to either frame.
