the pic is made through the exhaustport i guess?

Fully open tuned oval exhaustport and welded KIPS-flap.  :|

Unfortunately, a better picture closely can'tI it is not detailed.
However, the photo above was made after the cylinder (photo below).
Question: but if ever leave the valve open, which would have disadvantages in terms of delivery?
In short, my motion takes off not to 4th and 5th.
The ratio is 14-44 and 120-160 with 17 rubbers.

My motion is transformed motard.
I also have my video to show that in my opinion, the motion should not be more than ......... But I did on the street but public campaign.
If not create problems can get a link to my video!!!
This is my monster

PS I sent a token to davidvak

nice ride peppe 8-)

91 kx250 /500 conversion it is?

for the issue i can asume your bike doesn,t ride full out in 4th/5th?
my ratio is 14/42 at my race sm
the other has 15/44 for the road
almost simular but with diff.caracter

but if the valve doesnt apply you must notice that in every gear always
not 4/5 only  :?

When a cylinder/barell is ported like that the KIPS-flap is useless and you
put out pins and weld it to attach it to fully open all time in rpm-range.
BUT valverods should move as usually after rpm.
You loose a little bottom power but win at top power with better flow and more
exhaustport area.

ciao doordie..........
So my problem that the bike does not respond to nervous 4th and 5th fault might be that the valve being open not always the right Power to the middle?

PS I would like to know if you have seen the video. I also would like to hear your opinion.
If there are problems we will send you ....... if you have not already done so kx500freak
