ok, Im 5'10" and about 200lbs, what spring should I be using on my bike? I have come to realize that the spring on there is too stiff for me, and cant properly set the rider sag. Any recomendations would be great.

This will help you to find the right springs.  It will show you the stock as well.  Make sure when you reach the page with the prices to click on the Custom Spring Calculations for front and back to calculate your weight and riding style for springs.

Also a quick phone call to Factory Connection will get you your spring rates based upon your weight, riding style, and level of expertise. I've been dealing with F/C for 16 years.
