KX500 Lighting coil and ignition

Service Honda  (in conjunction with ElectroSport )
make a new style ignition system and   digital CDI
for CR500's that,
 as a bonus to the new ignition mapping and cleaner running,
 also has 120watts of lighting coil power.

This is a direct replacement for the OEM CDI/stator/rotor, and is less expensive.

I was curiuos if any KX500's riders would be intertested in the same
sort of replacement set up for KX500's.
I am thinking of making one and wanted to see how much interest their is in it ?

AJ, your post is a year and a half old.  I still have interest in lighting the KX500AF you sold me.  Or a pipe that would fit your AF bike with my E- Line coil.  Anyone wondering about E- Line K5 coil, they quit making them more that a year ago.

I saw on his site that they were stopping the sale of all of the CR500 kits, i just hope this does not mean they are canning the KX ones

It's funny I saw this post was old and no one posted on it. I hope this didn't screw us out of a cool thing becaus I'm sure aj looked at it and thought no one was interested. That's what I would have thought. I'll buy one, Aj if you do it I sure hope you design it using some feed back from some of us here at KXriders.

Last i heard from him was that he was working on it, had 1 or 2 prototypes running and wanted to get some more testing hours under the belt before going into production. I PM'd him a few weeks back without any response. I figured bringing this back to the top might get his attention and have him realize people are into it.
