The frame is a 04 250f I put yellow plastic to make it look different. The motor is a 03 kx 500 bored to 540 ported with a flywheel weight. It has a ty davis pipe thats been cut the swing arm has extensions for hill climbing thanks daren

Share the secret!!! How much fabrication did you need? can you show the motor mounts? This is the coolest 500 I've ever seen. Please share some more information on this project.

Hey Daren,killer bike.You have the 1st one Ive seen and looks like a great job.You know Team Green?Were both from Redding (but Ive never met him).I havent ridden in the last year or so (helping my Dad on my days off),where you doing hill climbs?

That has got to be the best natural fit of a KX500 engine in a modern frame that I have seen. I would have not guessed that the 250F frame would be the best place to start. Cam.
