I don't know what it was originally made for...  :|

Your a bit behind the times Foxx lol.

no...I'm not...I've seen the Panthera thread...
what I was wondering, was if that's a common starter...or if it's one Panthera made specifically.
Excuse me, ma'am...but you've got extremely nice legs!!!...what time do they open???                                                                                                               https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n8tCgN3aryQ

Looks awesome Mike!

Thanks guys.
The E-start mounts to where the stator cover is.
Then there is a brace to the rear of where the counter sprocket guard mounts.

Looks great. Bit of warning to you on the flywheel. I put one on my cr500 last week and noticed a rubbing sound. I thought something was out of round. After hours of measuring the flywheel and stator, I figured out the problem. ALL of the Torx screws that adapt the plate to the flywheel to accept the one-way clutch were finger-loose, which allowed the magnets to pull in the plate. Luckily I caught it and contacted Panthera. They said to use Loctite 272 and they should be torqued to 110 in-lbs. They were baffled as to how it got sent out that way  :? :?

Excellent info, I appreciate that.
I will double check everything before installation.
Thanks!

I know ya are  :-P

my thoughts were, if it's a regularly used common starter....and the one that comes with the kit suddenly decides to fail after any(if any) warranty expires...that it'd probably be cheaper to find one on-line.
But if Panthera has the only means to it...it could be pricey.

Oh... I'm sure it's from a production unit somewhere but I doubt Sebastian would tell me
But you never know what I may find as time rolls on.

Do they come with a two piece clutch cover, or are you adding one of yours?
