Quickie mock up...

The four stroke engine: That's one stroke for producing power and three for wearing the engine out.

Troy really does some nice work.  What is he charging for the clutch covers?
Perhaps I have a dirt bike addiction?

I don't really know...
I think around 700 USD... but it really depends on how you want it outfitted.
The water pump area uses a KX500 seal, bearings, and shaft.
The impeller and cover is a Boyesen Supercooler set up...

I'm relocating the vent for the electric starter from on the electric starter to the air box.
Mine was leaking a bit out the vent..
I didn't really like how it was done from Panthera but this will fix it up nicely as I have already tested it with cheapo bronze fittings and some black hose  8-)

For the TSR engine cover pricing,  I paid around $800 for mine. It came with the water pump and hose too. Pricing varies depending on the Austrailian exchange rate. One thing important to note is that the clutch cover is unique and not the KX450 one so order extra gaskets from him unless you want to pay big shipping and wait several weeks when you need a replacement or have your own made. The material is not strong and tears easily too.

That's a very clever idea. I am battling the same problem on my 500. Would you mind sharing the part numbers?
