2016 Pumpkin seed build...

I picked up this 2016 KTM 250 SXF chassis about 6 months ago.
I've been way to busy to do anything with it.
But now it's time...

The only issue is, the KX500 engine does not really like what's going on here...



It really would be easy to use a 07 450 frame but I'm not really into easy..

Nope, I'm in no hurry to get this build done.
I want it to be epic...
I have some things planned for the engine that will no doubt make it a one of a kind bike..

The front part is all cleaned up and ready to go...



Jason is cleaning out he rear mounting area for the frame rails.
It is a real pain so if your gonna do it, be aware that the 450 rails we used are 1.5-2mm wider then the 250 rails.

Good thing because the swingarm needs just a bit of clearance to the engine case and clutch cover.



Jason is aligning the engine with the frame rails, swingarm, sprockets, and a host of other issues
