Cernics had a petition at Lorettas I think for a new rm125

McGrath had a kx350 on his Insta gram asking Kawasaki  to give us what we want.

My local Ktm  dealer can't keep 300s  in stock and they are considering beta just so they can get more 300  two strokes.

2 strokes are hot and something has got to give. 10 years of 4 stroke coolaid was too much for me.
I won't  buy another new Bike unless it's  an easy to ride mx 2 stroke. I don't want to Pay  a premium for a ktm, as the goodies don't make me faster.

I've got  two 3 year olds to buy bikes for as they get older. No way am I going to buy 4 strokes that I can't even work on. I'll rebuild old bikes if I have to.
Amen!  I think that's what we are all doing with our bikes, and it's costing the factories millions of dollars.  Enough is enough with the 4 strokes.  The 4 stroke race bikes can't pass an emissions test (one of the reasons they dumped the "dirty" two stroke), and most of us don't have to worry about green stickers or emissions anyway.  I can ride my closed course 2 strokes anywhere I want to around here.  KTM is killing the Japanese companies because they can spend more on R&D, which is partially funded by selling as many two strokes as they can make in a year.  Wake up before it's too late Kawasaki.  Okay, I'll get off my soap box now.   :-D

I have no doubt when one or all of the 'Big Four' decide to jump in it will be impressive. Hopefully they won't just bring back an old model. That would not do...  :-(

I'd love to see a KX350...  :-o
The four stroke engine: That's one stroke for producing power and three for wearing the engine out.

I forgot to mention the  Rm250 Rch built for Roczen.
He wanted to  race it once he had the championship wrapped up at the last round. The Bike was built but illegal to race due to  its age.

Go to vitals website and look at the Bike build forums.
Mostly 2 strokes, and a lot of them are RMs.

I wish, but if Kawasaki does not want to pay to support an off road team, they are not going to pay to put in the R&D on a new model dirtbike.  Thanks Villopoto

Good point, but a guy can dream.   :-D  Honestly, I think if they do come out with anything it will be a warmed over 250 like the YZ250X.  I would take a 2004 or 2007 motor in the 2017 chassis if they want to do that.  I'm not picky...

I hope kawi does something for 2018 models , a kx350 2t would sell well with the older guys. a new kx125 would fill the gap between 85 and 250f only if they run a separate class .a new klx 450 is needed based of kx but with spring forks, and for the cherry on top kdx350 with rego to keep the coppers of our back , enduro bikes in australia dont sell without rego . wish list .

Here is a photo of what MXA assumes is the 18 RMZ 450 in full works guise.  Looks to be pretty different from the 2017 RMZ.

Works Bike:

2017 RMZ for Comparison

At least they were right about the big changes coming to the RMZ.  Come on two strokes...

From ViralMx via Dirt Bike's Instagram.  Not saying it's a production model, but still cool.

Dirtbike also had this video. Fake but still cool.
I'll be buying a new RM250 asap if actually hits the production line.
