86 500. Burned down from worn water pump drive gear on impeller. Having trouble finding one. Owner ordered from Partszillia, then got email not available. Any leads on where to get?
How about online manual for an 86? Owner ordered a Clymers Repair Manual , but was sent one for a rotary valve models, and seller hasn't gotten back about a return, been week and half already :evil: :cry:

If I have more questions should I post here or start new thread. All forums are different.

The 86-87 KX80 use the same impeller as the 85-86 500.

There is also a full clutch cover for a 86 500 that includes the impeller.  Little pricey though.

Thanks, he has impeller, need shaft it attaches to.
Parts list just refers to it as "water pump gear"
Actually a pump/gear combo.
