Crazy Al Racing is Moving to Florida!
« on: January 28, 2016, 09:58:41 AM »
Clearwater is where the Coast Guard wants me to be.  Looking to go riding with guys in the region to include whats east of the Mississippi River.  We are going to offer all the same services and more coming online.  Let me know of any good riding.  I am really wanting to go to Tennessee and the rest of the Appalachians.

I'm nowhere near Clearwater, I'm in Chicago actually. But I have ridden in the Tennessee/Kentucky area. If you like single track, your best bet is to check out the hatfield McCoy trails (which I have not been to). I rode coal creek mining facility, which was 72,000 acres of an "active" coal mine in the smoky mountains. It's more of a jeep place, but you'll never run into another person. I would highly suggest being an A or B rider or atleast a pretty good rider, definitely being a camel back, a water bottle full of gas, a big tank (with reserve) and lots of ass padding because it's basically a 6 hour uphill on rocks and some of the most physically demanding riding you'll do. But believe me, it will probably also be some of the best times you've ever had.
