Does this sound right (first start after major rebuild)
« on: April 21, 2015, 12:41:19 AM »
I don't hear any knocking or rattling, it just sounds real tight.  Maybe this is how it's supposed to sound given all brand new everything (including power valves).

Is it revving like a "new" bike should?  Sorry the quality.. took late last night in the dark.

Doing your part to keep your neighbors happy
From the cheapie speakers in my lap top it sounds great.
The four stroke engine: That's one stroke for producing power and three for wearing the engine out.

Depending on how many of the bearing are new well then yes the motor is going to have more rotating resistance until it is broken in.

As far as how it sounds? I hear nothing wrong.

Every bearing is new.
