ok i will try that i really want to get this flywheel off i wasnt feeding fuel as it was backfiring (iwas scared) it just didnt sound right

tightened her up again and hit with hammer again and again.  I have bent my bolt i was using Im sure i shouldnt be hitting that hard.   Got me screwed

WOOHOOOO  just needed a few more beers I think.

I welded another bolt onto my tool so I could thread my slide hammer onto the tool worked a treat 10 or so good hits then beer then one good hit and what ya know pop off she comes.

The woodruff key was located in the correct place and the flywheel was installed correct.

I will put it back together and start kicking again.

Its alive 2 heat cycles and no leaks I must have done something right wooohoooo  sounds sweet too I think
