First whack at uploading video using GoPro software.

They play good on my 1080p desktop screen and tv maybe need to change camera settings for uploads.

This is from last fall, 13/51 gearing with stock pipe and shortened stock silencer. Didn't like the ratio, never knew what gear it was in,  so went 14/51.

OK MR!
You didn't stop at that stop sign and your name is on your Youtube account  :x
Nothing like breaking the law and posting it for the world to see with your name all over it
But hey, your bike sounds great!  :-D

Oh...Um.. Whoever was riding that bike did look both ways. In 23 miles(mostly bike trails) there were no other vehicles out there except for the ones parked at deer hunting camps. But your right the sign said STOP.

Sometime I'll post a discreet video of some street tard action and you'll see why I'm laughing...
If running a stop sign is all I do, I won't bother posting it  :-D

Advanced settings in GoPro Studio must look like this.  If u want to cut the vid do it in gopro studio too

Thanks Ben. I'll try again soon with your recommendations. I have some time off work but it's more work than work around home. I have some video shot with different camera settings I want to try too.

The video posted above natively has a bit of a fish eye effect but seems to focus well on the trail ahead until I uploaded it to youtube. The conversion blurred the picture. I also may have used one of the quick fix features.

Yes when I first got my Gopro I had some problems same as your video the quick fix for vids that u have already uploaded is just to add the tags I suggested takes 2 seconds but u will loose a little of the quality.  The trick is to set gopro studio to render the file as 1080 hd.    Also my camera is set to 1080 at 24 fps unless u want to play with SLOW MOTION u dont need to go any higher than 24fps and it makes for a smaller file = Less upload time.   Oh my 87 runs 13  47  and pulls

Some more footage from last trip just uploaded,  We couldnt get up this hill not that it isnt possible but this is as far away from base as we have ever been so when we get to this hill we are already buggered.

I always say to myself next time I will get up but it never happens

5 riders have already gone back to camp

Enjoy

Sorry I think i swear a bit (boys weekend out in the bush)

So I decided that I want to get into building/rebuilding bikes. And I love the kx500 so i picked up a cheap one on CL and a lot of time and money and patience and frustration and learning and money....think i said that already, but I spent way more money than I expected.... later (And a crap ton-load of help from Alex Ward, thanks again man! If you read this, your a lifesaver!) anyway, after what felt like forever, I finally got it done!
So I made this dumb video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ezXVZAqN90c

And then I spent a long time in Idaho this summer, and got tons of footage, and had a blast!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MCZEVg6-KHA

And then I wrecked the sh*t out of my beloved new bike
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1H2kaAVlDuw

And then we crashed some more...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OUCrZuDuIRs

And then of course, we bent the bike back to normal(ish anyway) and had more fun riding!

Thanks for watching, tell me what you guys think.

Screwed up my shoulder on that one.   I am wondering if my W.E.R steering damper was partially responsible...it seemed like I couldn't correct fast enuf for the rut.
