Not possibility,   Fact..

They are doing a small run of them for me to start.   After that they will have the CAD program on hand.  So all you guys have to do is call, give them $90.

I just installed my EMIG Racing Dog Bones.........

With the bike on the stand and the rear end unloaded I measured on the left side of the bike using the 8mm seat bolt to the center of the rear axle as reference.  I end up with an additional 10mm of height on the back end using those reference points with the EMIG Racing Dog Bones.
I once heard my buddy Bill ask Danny Hamel after a race....
"How can someone who looks like a high school band tuba player go so d**n fast on a bike?!"

I got mine in, and they'll be going on today. My suspension is coming up from Daytona with my Race Tech technician(Becks Tech Suspension). With my new oversized front rotor and braided line,  Gold Valved and re-sprung suspension with the Emig links, it should be fantastic. I will be riding a fast mx track Sunday with a lot of off camber jumps, rollers and big step ups- results to follow... Thanks to Motorrad for making these links available!

Too sniveling cold up my way for riding.
Besides, it's a lot easier sleeping with the dog bones under my pillow then trying to drag the whole bike up on my bed  :-D

I found a use for your old ones.
We are in the process of moving my 13 yr old boy from his kx100 to his 01 kx250 I had a spare set of kx500 bones and they bolted right on to the 250 and lowered the seat hight 1 1/2"  and slid the forks down 3/4" gave us 2" total on the seat hight.

Nice, I'll keep that in mind for my 13 year old.
It's actually hard to find a bike that really fits him.

the 250 is still to tall for him but if I dont get him off the 100 I will be rebuilding it again hes to the point that hes never letting off of it and its going to scatter.

I've ridden mine on a pretty rutted motocross track in South Carolina - the combination of the correct springs, valving and the dogbones was outstanding! The bike turns better than when I had the forks run up in the clamps... I'm running 100mm of sag- fresh linkage bearings as well. Nice improvement for the investment.
