Hello everyone
« on: January 28, 2010, 06:23:31 AM »
Friends call me Goat. I live in Bay City, MI. I've been into riding and building dirt bikes and quads for almost 20 years now. Have a couple years of ice racing, some play time on a track and lots of woods riding. I just recently acquired a 85 KX500 and a 87 KX250. The 250 is an excellent bike in good shape, lots of power. The k5 is in need of a rebuild and tires other than that it's in great shape for the year. I'm also into big mud trucks.  :-D
It's hard to keep a drivers license riding a 2 stroke dirt bike on the street.  If you drive within the law they are VERY boring.

Hi Goat!  I recently bought a 2000 k5 and went through a lot of it.  This is a super site with a lot of great people!    B.O.
If some is good, and more is better, then too much is JUST RIGHT!  B.O.

Welcome to the board G.  :-)
It's always great to see someone fixing up a vintage bike and taking it out to strech its legs.
