How is everyone doing i am having troubles finding the stock setting s for the kx500. I have looked on kawas website and they said a 164 main jet and 52 pilot jet. IN my owners manual and the shop manual for the 500 the setting are different from each other also different from the kawasakis site. Can some one please give the the stock settings from the factory.
thanks adam

Now mine is a 1997. It had a 168 main ,3rd notch, and 52 pilot when i recieved it used. I do not know if the previous 2 owners messed with the jetting but would those numbers be right.

Here's a great link.
http://www.kawasakisportscenter.com/2000_Jetting.htm
Note the year in the URL. I think if you change that, you can get the different specs on different years. I changed mine to the Team Green specs for 170 Main, 55 pilot, 2nd position on the clip and 2 turns on the screw. Running between sea level and 1000 feet. Runs great so far. Still work in progress.
