new inverted front end on my '91?

my buddy has an newer suzuki with a shinwa(not sure on spelling)front end on it that he will give me. he thinks it should bolt up,triple trees and all. i really like the inverted front end on my '01. id like to have the same kind of proformance out of my '91 sence im going to be racing(desert) that one as well. anyone got any info on doing the swap?(no one throw rotten fruit at me cause its coming off a suzuki,i know,i know)

would that be showa forks ??

if the forks bolts right on ,make a definitive measurement before tearing it down 
why not,u have some pics of the 01 front end and the suzi FE for the 91 ?

my buddy is going to tear the front end off the suzuki tonight. i will for sure do some comparing before i tear it apart. i will post so pics when i get the front end(and yes i think its a showa frontend)
