First off, I do not YET have a K5 engine to work off of, but I am preparing for an engine swap into my '01 KX250 chassis the near future.
That being said, I will be sending the engine in to get ported and polished and I am wondering if a 41mm PWK carb is too big? I already have a Boyesen rad valve that will be used as well.
I guess what I am asking is what is the best fuel/ air delivery for a ported and polished (stock bore and stroke) for the KX500 engine? Are there any other engine mods that you suggest while my buddy is working on it?
