It actually works darn good! And by the end of the day... the dust that has adhered to the adhesive makes the adhesive relatively easy to scrub off when you get back home. The seat looks a lil dirty where your butt doesn't rub on it when you're out on the trail.. but it works surprisingly good until you can save up the extra cash to buy a gripper cover.
