This is the first time I've heard about that Powershift. What bikes will it fit? What is a motard? I only use my clutch for take off and stop, do you think my riding will actually benefit with a powershift?

Fits all,and motard is mx-bikes on tarmac (look at my gallery or my avatar). 8-)
Powershifts cut ignition for about 50 millisec and release tension on gears and you can change
gear without clutch and save gearbox at the same time.

Steward,about 400$,very expensive,but what cost a gearbox?!
AND satisfaction when you pass a another racer with full throttle and shift! 8-)

How does the sensor react to things like stutters or general chopped out tracks? Also does it have a battery or something that needs to be recharged?

Thanks for the info doordie, I've heard of motard on this site, but didn't have any idea what it was until now. How is that powershift powered, can I just splice into the power wire for my coil or does it have a battery?
