This is my trick to remedy this sciatic problem : Lay on ya back on the floor, knees raised, clench the ol sphincter muscle tight as you can like you want to stop your self crapping ya daks! Suck in as much air into the lungs as humanly possible and blast it out through the mouth fast and hard and as long as possible while holding the gut muscles tight as also. Repeat 10 or 15 times a couple of times a day.
5 years ago I had 3 prolapsed disks. I could'nt walk, sit, stand, all I could do was crawl on my hands and knees. I was recomended to a guy who sorted me out in 2 months without laying a hand on me! When I crawled through his office door, he said "I see people like you all time". And promptly told me that the average human does only 1 % of the phsyical work now days compared to a century ago. The human body is starting to weak and useless because we have too many labour saving devices which let us grow out-wards. And our musclular is not up to keeping the body held together properly. Like the disks that pop out and stick into the sciatic nerve.
So you've got to build up these muscles to suport your back. The stomach area is an important place to concentrate also. It all works in balance to support the middle.
Whatever you do DO NOT have any surgery to remove part of the prolapse part of the disk!!! This is a scam! And will lead to pressure on the next disks down the spine and the same thing will happen. After the 2nd operation, the surgeon will tell you that they will have to fuse a grafted piece of bone onto the vertibrae which will be the end of free movement and result in pain and suffering for the rest of your life. The only winner from this procedure is the surgeon!
