Gota faced weird problem with my KX250 , not so long time bought my kawa likely "dead" made full rebuild then and went for a few rides. After that decided to change clutch kit and carb jetting (ex owner had 60` idle jet) , bike was siting like few weeks to parts arrive and fired up like maybe in 5 kicks after all parts was installed. But then the magic appeared, it stall and wont start anymore. After kicking it just fully floods spark.
Got spark, compression, new rickystator, new spark plug, two different new coils, new wiring
Things that are not like OEM - carb is ported and got no cut off valve, also checked CDI all was fine except pick up and coil pin, other pins dont intercat with them, however when you reconnect coil + pin is starting to showing resistance (pick up still showing 0). Stator is giving up to ~15V , also similar is coil output so I thought cdi is not the problem but wtf is then?
