Conversion KX500 in a 250 frame
« on: June 04, 2005, 07:53:25 AM »
Hi all,
i?m now at the end of my conversion (sorry for my english, i?m a bavarian guy near munich).
I?m happy that the conversion is a lot easier as some of the members told.
But now..... look at the gallery --> a big problem is the exhaust pipe.
I?m ordered at jadoul motosport a special pipe and all of the pipe is wrong.
Mow i?m fighting with jadoul motosport for 2 months, either he changes the pipe or he gives back the money.
Now i had a telephone call last week with Mister Van Hasselt and he told me, that i can come with my bike and he makes a perfect pipe for me. THATS GREAT.
If anybody wants some more pictures or informations  --> let me know.

bye Martin

Although you are having problems with the spannie it still looks an interesting project.

Good stuff.

Oh, errrrr, sorry

Spannie is slang for Expansion chamber, a part of the exhaust.
