Front fork axle clamp
« on: December 21, 2013, 11:40:28 AM »
Went out to ride my KX500 Mountain horse snow bike conversion and lost my front axle clamp. Anyone have any spare they can part with?

What diameter is your axle or what year 500?
It's hard to keep a drivers license riding a 2 stroke dirt bike on the street.  If you drive within the law they are VERY boring.

2002 KX500 i think all of the upside down forks are the same clamp. the axle where it clamps in is 25MM.
You can see in the link where its missing. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=768244453191936&set=a.768244426525272.1073741829.100000191649930&type=1&theater
Thanks for your help.

I don't have one for the newer models. I have a few for late 80's and early 90's. Check with sandblaster (OEM Cycle). If he doesn't have one he will be able to locate one.

The four stroke engine: That's one stroke for producing power and three for wearing the engine out.
