Options for rear wheel for a kx 250 1989

Hi

I`m ready to install wheel bearings but I`m not certain I should even use the wheel assembly.
The spokes are frozen and 35 percent of them are loose. The holes that receive the nipples are
elongated, not all but quite a few. I`m wondering when Kawasaki changed the rear wheel specs.
I see a used wheel on ebay but its for a 1996. I could get a new rim and spokes and re-lace the wheel.
Is it a difficult process. Need some help from the experts.

Here is the short story.
You can use:
89-02 KX125, KX250.
89-04 KX500.
89-94 KDX200.
Rim widths will be either 1.85 for the 125's or 2.15 for the bigger bikes.
Rim diameters will be either 18" or 19" depending on the year and model.
Long story:
Here is the hub info I have and what year's the book says they are for:
R-1213 ? GRAY ? 20MM AXLE - BRG TO BRG 130MM - ROTOR OD 220MM - ROTOR BC 6X ON 116MM ? 36 SPOKES ? book says it FITS 89 KDX200, KX125, KX250, KX500
R-1213 - GRAY - 20MM AXLE - BRG TO BRG 130MM - ROTOR OD 220MM ? ROTOR BC 6X ON 116MM ? 36 SPOKES - book says it FITS 90-94 KDX200, 90-96 KX125 KX250 KX500
R-1237 - GRAY - 20MM AXLE - BRG TO BRG 130MM - ROTOR OD 220MM - ROTOR BC 6X ON 116MM - SPROCKET BC 6X ON 150MM - book says it FITS  97-98 KX125 & 250, 97-04 KX500
R-1287 - GRAY - 20MM AXLE - BRG TO BRG 130MM - ROTOR OD 220MM - ROTOR BC 6X ON 116MM - SPROCKET BC 6X ON 150MM - book says it FITS 99-02 KX125, 250

Sandblaster, what book do you speak of? Sounds like some reading material I need. I recently traded a ps3 for a 99 kx250 and you can tell....

Hello.
By "the book" I am talking about what the factory part numbers show for interchange.
The measurements, Hub ID's, ect that I posted are taken from bikes I have parted out.
The info I have recorded can be found here:

As you can see, some bikes I have a lot more info on then others.
I add new info almost every week.
