My 90 KX500 rebuild

First pic. is just a couple days after I got her.
The rest of the pic's are in the middle of the rebuild to finish.

The swing arm was looking pretty beat up, so while I was changing the bearings out i painted it.

As for the rest of the bike most what you see are parts of someone elses idea's and added to mine. So... thanks to the members of the this foruim!

Looks beautiful. Great job.

Where did you get the rear disc? I like it.
It's hard to keep a drivers license riding a 2 stroke dirt bike on the street.  If you drive within the law they are VERY boring.

Ahhh, gee's let me go back and find out, I got it the threw a bike shop when we where trying to figure out the size that would fit the 08 wheel and still work with the 90 rear brake calipar.
