For a play bike I would use O-ring, for my competition bikes I only use Renthal chain (Made by Regina) great stuff never had an issue. I do change it on a yearly basis, not because its worn out but because I don't want to have it break in competition, play bikes run for at least a couple of years. on the 1000 I use RK DR chain it is heavy but has the highest tensile strength with a removeable master link, when you running 170 hp with a big paddle and catching air you need something tough. I personally have never had good luck with Tsubaki, when my son was on 80's the chain would bunch up when brand new, like one ride, and I've seen it in 520 as well. I had a great deal on them but even a deal wasn't worth it. I might try the moose chain (sponsor), someone told me they were made by Regina.
I think chain brand will be a personal preference, all of the name brands are good. for Sprockets I primarily use Vortex, but do have some Pro Taper and Moose sprockets as well. no issues with any of them.
