not too bad, some rusty parts, but nothing dramatic.

Those are nice! Nothing like an older muscle bike to get the juices flowin. Pick it up if you can.

I'd love to have one to make into a "street fighter." Not talkin spondons either, I mean drag bars, lower/stretch it a little, some fat rubber and hide a bottle somewhere on it. FUN!!

Those bikes are getting harder and harder to find in decent condition. I wish I could find a nice one. Sudco carries a lot of reproduction parts for the Z1's and KZ900's, including a repro 4 into 4 system which is beautiful. After I get a few more posts in I will have to post a few pics of my KZ.

Those have the sexy tank and tail lines too. Original paint..nice. It would make one BAD street sleeper.

OK....made the deal. going to get it tommorow. I've found a lot of cool stuff online for it too. there are several different big bore kits for it. gonna get it solid and pretty first before I get stupid on it though.

ride report.....took it out Sunday. bike is pretty solid. kind of stumbles until it gets to 4500-5000 rpm's and then lights up like a rocket....it tried to pull my dang arms off. got an oil leak though. looks like oil pan and maybe valve cover gasket. gonna have to pull the carbs off and give em a good once over. its got k&n's and a Vance and Hines 4-to-1 exhaust. he didn't rejet the carbs, so I'll have to do that. but its gonna be real cool.

ok, ok, ok, I'm looking for charity...need a small 1300$ donation. found a new turbo kit for this bike on ebay. its got the pipe, turbo, wastegate, downtubes and everything....OMG that would be BAD!!!!!!

so she's gone. was a good ride though. real fun bike. seat was uncomfortable as heII though....real case of numb butt!
