Hello guys, this isn’t a post looking for advice but just to make people aware of you didn’t know already …. My kx250 had a split lower shock Clevis where upon people have said weld weld weld but sadly this doesn’t work well and ruins the clicker adjuster seal ….anyway I did some research on what year shocks fit where i found a 1989 kx125 rear shock at home form my other bikes in the past although the clevis is shorter than the 1994 it still fits perfectly , I replaced the shock shaft off of the 1989 shock on to my 1994 and it’s perfect , slightly shorter shock by 4mm but I did some basic sag setting accordingly to allow for the length of shock.
