Hey guys, have had my 250AF up and running for quite a while now and put a vforce reed cage on recently and have been looking at redoing my air boot setup. When I originally built the bike I used the 2002 Cr250 airboot but it came up a few inches short of the the carb. So to take up space I cut a chunk of exhaust pipe for a car and sized it properly and pressed it on to the carb. THe bad thing is with the vforce cage is this now pushes the connection behind the frame and makes it terrible to put on. Does anyone else have a better Idea of how to make this to where I can get rid of the exhaust pipe?
