finally got the modified clutch cover back from alward (with extra bolts, thank you) and she's all back together.

decal kit and seat cover by evo mx installed except for the gas tank, still undecided if i want to put any stickers on the tank.

new tires, wheel bearings, steel brake lines, tusk rear rotor (old one was bent), rebuilt master cylinders and calipers, cleaned and greased the linkage bearings.
cleaned and rebuilt the carb, new vent hoses and fuel line.
new kickstand and frame guards

the clutch arm from jason tanner, asv clutch lever, and new oem cable make for a nice clutch pull now, it was very stiff before.

mixed up some fuel and fired up second kick!  that decompression button is sweet!

got some ims pegs and new pins/springs.  ran into a bit of a snag with the rear brake, it was kind of tricky getting it on.  i was going to use the 2004/5 kx250f lever with bushing, but it didn't want to fit with the 2 piece clutch cover so i put the stock one back.  but i did upgrade to the hammerhead clevis with the return spring on the master cylinder.

another pic with a couple other little projects I've been working on.

Very nice, very clean build.
Congrats  8-)
The four stroke engine: That's one stroke for producing power and three for wearing the engine out.
