Blue forks. I’ve been reading a few things on the blue forks here and I just wanted to add something . Well maybe not add but let it be known everything my front end and blue forks don’t work with. To begin with the hub axle diameter is 17 mm. The head of the axle 17 mm. Nothing newer will fit through the hub. Then the clamps are a smaller diameter than everything newer. Then the rubber shock grommets that the bat clamps go into and bolt on are a wee bit smaller than newer years. The newer rubber works with them and they don’t with the newer ones . The brake caliper mounts are different than the newer. And that’s all . I think . So if that helps anybody . I tried a different year front end and without changing hubs it wasn’t happening to begin with. I need to add the actual axle clamps on the forks are smaller too than newer years .
