Welcome to the site NinjaFlying.  I'm guessing you could make it fit with enough fabrication (I've seen a CR 250 motor wedged in a CRF 150 on YouTube), but I don't think you would be pleased with the results.  You would be vastly increasing the torque and horsepower, in a short wheelbase bike.  It would be very wheelie prone and probably handle poorly.  The frame was not designed from a structural standpoint to handle that engine's power and weight, so that might be dangerous as well.  If it were my bike, I would try to find another KX60 engine or a running bike that needs some love to replace the motor.
Perhaps I have a dirt bike addiction?

It is a possibility that the motor may fit, but the trouble you will experience is radiator(s), exhaust, intake, etc. The whole wiring harness would have to be swapped if thats the coil you speak of. I'm in the middle of swapping a kx80 engine into a kx60 and it fits very well, but I am having troubles figuring out the exhaust and radiator. I will probably have to run a stock kx60 radiator and for the exhaust I am not totally sure yet. All this is let alone the fact that it will be very sketchy, but still cool. I am thinking that this 80 engine will be kinda sketchy.
