Need help with Bill's pipe for 99 kx 125

Hey all!! So I purchased a low hour 99 kx 125 last year. Came with a Bill's pipe and silencer. The bills pipe had home made front pipe mount and will not sit flush in the cylinder head was leaking oil at the cylinder head. Contacted Bills and they have tried to help. It has no part number stamped on it at all that I can see. I just assume its for the wrong year. It will mount up just a little off and will not sit flush in the cylinder head. I ordered the correct front rubberized mount and it is just not right. Any help would be great. Couldn't find much for pic's on the web of the pipe on a bike to compare. Figured this website is good place for help. Cant figure out how to upload pictures that sucks. Any help would be awesome.  Thanks !!!

Is it that upper mount that is not aligned correctly or is there another one lower down on the head pipe?

Is there anyways to heat the mount up a little and bend the mounting tab?

The upper mount towards the back of the bike lines up ok and the muffler. Another towards the front just wont line up close with the correct stock mount I ordered. I can get a brand new pipe from fmf or pro circuit at least. I would sell this bill's pipe if It can't work. If I knew what bike it fits. It just won't line up at the cylinder head and will still leak and maybe damage the head. Was hoping someone has had the same set up and could say they should fit correctly.
