1990 KX250 Front Suspension

Good Afternoon All

I have managed to get my hands on a stripped down 1990 kx250 and looking to do a full restore on the bike. I have noticed that the triple tree and front forks are from a 1990 kx 125, stamped under the triple tree and on the ends of the forks (stamped X125-L&R). Just wanted to check with some of the experienced, I cant really see any difference on the OEM part guides that the KX125 forks are any different to the KX250. They seem to have the same component make up and part numbers. Would it be safe to presume that they are the same forks between the two models?

The Triple trees are the same for both bikes. The Forks are mainly the same, Im pretty sure the main differences are the springs and compression valve adjuster...but there could be some other internal that might differ aswell
