no worries...it's all good...
alloys aren't for everyone...the oil needs to be changed every ride, hence the two stage drain plug I had made, a lot of guys find it annoying and too much work to have to change the oil so frequently, and fear having to crack open the bottom end to replace seals and bearings more often...but in nearly 40 years of riding/racing, and trying nearly every steel clutch out there, I've never found a clutch that gives a better/precise feel at the lever.
so it comes down to...running steels and not having to change the oil so frequently, but not being happy with the performance....or,
running alloys, and changing the oil every ride, but having the bike perform so it makes you happy.
it was an easy decision for me.
